New Day....New Hope

When the bad times come, we feel like we are drowning,
unable to figure out just how to stay afloat. The positive things in
our lives seem so far away. Our minds are consumed with 
anger, sadness, fear of change and anxiety. Many times I have 
felt this way. We all feel depression or lack of hope in our lives.

Despite our circumstances though, we can refresh ourselves.
It doesn't have to be a week long vacation away from it all.
It can be something little that will ignite hope again... 


~Reading a good book with our favorite coffee or tea

~Baking cookies and not worrying about the mess

~Draw, color, paint, doodle

~Go for a walk, breathe deeply and enjoy nature

~Count your blessings, believe me, they still are there

~Call up an old friend and go out to lunch

~Find quotes that you like and post them all over

~Help someone, giving always brings joy
